Tutorial
Get started with BookInForce.
From your book to your first results in four steps. Here is the whole flow, plus a short plain-language guide to each part of the product once you are in.
The flow, start to finish
Send us your book
Export your policy list out of your agency management system, or put it in a spreadsheet, and upload it through Secure Uploads. You will not need a password to any carrier website, and we do not ask for anything about a client's health.
Run your first review
BookInForce reads the policy list you uploaded and compares it against the dates and dollar amounts your own records already hold.
Read what it found
Every item says what was found, why it was flagged, and where the figure came from. You can put the list in date order or dollar order. Both are plain facts about your own book.
Decide what to do
The software reports what the records say. What happens after that is your call. If a message to a client is drafted, it sits and waits for you to read it, and nothing is sent until you send it.
Using each module
Policy Reviews
Policies that have a review date recorded on them, listed by date, with a summary of what your records hold on each one so you can read it before you pick up the phone.
Lapse Watch
Policies where your records carry a lapse indicator, shown with the date that indicator was recorded. If a message is drafted, it waits for you to read and approve it.
Commission Recovery
Statement lines that did not match what your records say was expected. Each one shows you the line off the statement, the figure the carrier's own schedule prints, and the document and page it was read from, so you can check it yourself before anything is sent.
What you will need
- Your in-force book, exported from your agency management system or written into a spreadsheet.
- That is all. No carrier website passwords, and nothing about a client's health.
