Seven commitments we make about your data
You own your data.
Your data is yours. We are a custodian that processes it only to deliver the service — never an owner of it.
Encrypted in transit and at rest.
Your information is encrypted when it travels to us and while it is stored.
Export anytime.
You can export your full book in a standard format whenever you want — not just when you leave. You are never locked in.
Deleted when you leave.
If you cancel, you can export your data at any time. Upon your request, we will delete your data from active systems. Routine backups age out on their normal retention cycle.
Never sold. Never used to reach your clients.
We do not sell your data, and we never use it to market to your policyholders.
No carrier passwords, ever.
We never ask for your carrier portal logins. You download your own files and upload them to us — you control exactly what we see.
Access limited to need-to-know.
Only the personnel required to deliver your service can access your data, through role-based authentication.
Trying us first? We don't keep your scan data.
The free book scan is pre-commitment. We process the statements and in-force list you send, deliver your report, and then delete that data within 48 hours — we do not retain it unless you choose to become a customer. Trying BookInForce costs you nothing.
Why we keep your book while you're with us
Once you're a customer, BookInForce keeps your book so it can keep working for you. Lapse Watch can only catch a policy before its grace period closes if it is watching continuously. Commission reconciliation only catches next month's error if it has your history. Persistent, secured data is what turns a one-time audit into ongoing protection — with you in control the entire time through your right to export or delete.

- ✕The sensitive personal or health information of your clients beyond what a policy review requires.
