Annuity Assessment Tools

Three working tools for annuity producers: estimated cash surrender value, estimated required minimum distribution, and trail-commission reconciliation. Each produces an estimate you review before acting — not a client-ready quote.

Where we're starting

  • Surrender-period reviews

Know when a contract's surrender period is ending and a review is worthwhile — instead of finding out after the window has passed.

  • RMD checks for qualified contracts

Flag required minimum distributions on tax-qualified annuities using the IRS Uniform Lifetime Table, so a missed distribution doesn't become a penalty.

  • Trail-commission reconciliation

Compare expected versus received trail commission — the asset-based payments almost no one reconciles by hand because the math moves every period.

What it will and won't cover

The first release focuses on fixed, MYGA, and FIA annuities. Variable and registered index-linked (RILA) annuities are out of scope, and the tool surfaces review opportunities rather than recommending that you surrender, exchange, or replace any contract — those decisions stay with you and the client.

Important: Annuity tools produce estimates for the licensed agent's review and are not insurance, tax, or financial advice. Figures are illustrative and should be confirmed against the specific contract before any client use. Not tax, legal, or financial advice. The annuity contract, the issuing carrier, and the IRS are the controlling sources of truth. BookInForce is software and does not provide insurance, legal, tax, financial, or investment advice.
